Some files (usually maps) are protected to prevent illegal copying. When you try to transfer a protected file to a new device, it will alert you of its condition and will ask you a register code (license) to activate the file on the target device. If you transfer more than one protected file at a time (using the ‘Control’ or ‘Shift’ key), it will ask successively the necessary codes.You can also transfer protected files without activating them and then activate them using any of the available methods.
